In the world of ERP, the implementers try to keep the user engaged by selling more and more Man-hours as a straightforward way to earn more business.
However, at FACT we have a simple Policy – User First.
To prove our commitment to our valued users we provide them with a “Quality Assurance Statement”.
What is that you ask…
We Guarantee should any part of our software package not work in the manner it has been designed to work, we commit to deliver a solution in the form of an update to all registered users under a Support Plan.
This update shall be made available within seven working days of the problem being simulated and acknowledged by us.
Should we take more than seven working days to deliver a solution, we commit to give our registered users three months free Support over Phone and Email.
This is an industry first. No ERP vendor talks about a Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for bug fixes. We have voluntarily offered a penalty on very stringent timelines.
Of course, this offer is valid within certain conditions, the most important one being the User must be under an active Subscription Plan.
