Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Relations Executive to join our team. As a pivotal link between our organization and our valued customers, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing positive relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset will be essential in fulfilling this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned sales opportunities, manage the sales cycle and drive them to successful closure
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyse the situation, and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions, provide recommendations, and cross-sell/up-sell when appropriate
  • Identify and promote opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to existing clients
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Individuals with little to no prior sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • A genuine interest in sales and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications and software tools
