Business Development Executive

FACT India provides best-of-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions to clients from a broad range of industries. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business operations. As an ERP Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work on the pre-sales activities with mentorship and support from our Senior Sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Qualify new leads and conduct discovery calls with prospects 
  • Assist Sales consultants during sales proposals and presentations
  • Processing new sales leads, perform data maintenance and execute on sales administration
  • Engage with existing customers for customer engagement calls and subscription plan renewals
  • Follow up and continue engage with prospects over many months
  • Liaising with Product team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

Basic Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in B2B presales
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Able to learn new ERP software (FACT ERP.NG) quickly and thoroughly
  • Passion for sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic Accounting knowledge

Nice to Have Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales and marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Prior experience with accounting or ERP software
  • Prior experience in ERP Software Development company, Reseller, Consultancy or End-User
  • Prior experience with CRM software
