FACT ERP.NG
FACT ERP.NG combines both with Group Reporting, Division and Department Analysis, foreign-exchange accounting and transaction-level drill-down.
Lets a business maintain separate books for different companies or entities while reviewing their financial information together.
Lets each company have its own Home Currency while recording transactions in other currencies.
FACT ERP.NG lets you maintain accounts for an unlimited number of companies and other entities at no extra charge for additional entities.
Each entity keeps its own books, while authorised users can work across one or multiple companies.
User access can also be controlled by company, so employees only see the companies they are authorised to access.
Compare Companies Side by Side
Create multiple Multi-Company Groups and view the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet of selected companies side by side.
A company can belong to more than one Multi-Company Group, giving management different ways to analyse the organisation.
There is no need to export and manually combine separate spreadsheets to create these supported group reporting views.
Analyse Divisions, Departments & Branches
Multi-company reporting goes beyond comparing legal entities.
FACT ERP.NG can analyse the P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and General Ledger across Divisions, Locations and Branches in separate columns with totals.
Reports can also organise Departments within Divisions for more detailed analysis.
For example, management can review Travel Expenses by Division, drill into Departments and then analyse the expense by Employee.

A Common Chart of Accounts
Using a common Chart of Accounts across companies makes Group Reporting more useful.
When the same account represents the same type of Revenue, Expense, Asset or Liability in each company, side-by-side financial statements are easier to compare and understand.
FACT's implementation team can help businesses establish a consistent structure across the group.
Multi-Currency Accounting
Each company in FACT ERP.NG can maintain its books in its own Home Currency while recording transactions in foreign currencies.
Foreign-currency transactions are converted into the company's Home Currency using the Foreign Currency Exchange Master.
FACT ERP.NG
Automatic Forex Gains & Losses
When a foreign-currency invoice is settled at a different exchange rate, FACT ERP.NG automatically calculates the Realised Forex Exchange Gain or Loss and posts it to the financial accounts.
FACT ERP.NG also supports Unrealised Forex Exchange Gains/Losses and foreign-currency revaluation, reducing manual calculations and adjustment entries.
Forex Automation
Automatic Intercompany Entries
FACT ERP.NG supports Automatic Intercompany Entries at the General Ledger level.
For example, when Company A records a loan payment to Company B, FACT ERP.NG can automatically create the corresponding credit entry in Company B.
This reduces duplicate entries and helps keep intercompany transactions consistent across separate company books.
