Our CXO Control Tower was not created from a feature checklist. It came from a real problem. Necessity is the mother of invention.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, FACT Software’ Global CEO Arvind Agarwalla was stuck in India (international borders were sealed) while running companies across five countries.

He needed to understand what was happening across the business without being able to travel and be physically present in each office — and without the teams being able to travel to the office generate the management reports.

He wanted one screen where he could see the information that mattered most. For all five countries in which FACT had offices.

So FACT built it.

The first CXO Control Tower was created in 2021 to give Arvind a single view of his companies across countries.

What began as a tool for FACT's own CEO became a core part of FACT ERP.NG. And the entire CXO Tribe amongst our user community simply love it.
