Operations & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a operations assistant who is dedicated and enthusiastic about helping our organisation thrive by supporting our teammates in a wide range of areas and who is passionate about our mission to help companies become more efficient and productive. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational efficiency: You’ll begin by working closely with our Marketing and Recruiting teams to begin, to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organizations' mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

  • Product improvement: We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about our product, FACT ERP.NG and helping us do quality assurance and suggest improvements. 

  • Personal assistance: Your teammates will count on you to help them remove obstacles to their productivity. You will free up many hours of their time and allow them to focus on their key work. Responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments, taking care of paperwork and data entry, finding the best office products and equipment to increase their productivity.

Recruiting: You’ll help manage our recruiting pipeline and schedule interviews and communicate with potential candidates.

Basic Requirements

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, preferably MNC environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail

  • Demonstrated self-starter with a desire to grow

  • Quick thinker and creative problem solver

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Very comfortable with productivity tools such as Asana, Slack and able to quickly research, learn and introduce new tools to the company.

  • We do not require applicants to have degrees in specific fields nor prior experience in operations, since many of the tasks can be learned by doing them. 

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma related to operations or marketing

  • 2 years experience in Operations

  • Prior experience in office administration, finance and recruiting

  • Prior familiarity with Accounting & ERP software
