- Planning, organising and controlling all administrative functions assigned Management & maintenance of the office environment.
- Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company as instructed.
- Rendering services to other functions within the organisation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be proficient in documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS office Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
