  • Planning, organising and controlling all administrative functions assigned Management & maintenance of the office environment.
  • Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company as instructed.
  • Rendering services to other functions within the organisation.
  • Ensuring that human and material resources for the defined scope of work is correctly utilised.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient in documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS office Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
  • Preference will be given to the applicant who can start immediately.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
QualificationsSTPM or SPM
ExperienceMinimum 6 months
